So I first started roleplaying in October 2006, when I was about... 14, I think? That sounds about right. I know this because my account for a character at this site called Virtual Hogwarts was made on 30 October 2006. As you can probably guess, it was a roleplaying site set in Harry Potter land, a few years after the events of the last book, I think. I never paid much attention to the overall plot. Everyone had an OC - the concept of playing a canon character hadn't really occurred to me before. So I had my own character, whose name I had made up, I'd been using it for this random story I'd been writing so I just took the name from that. Being a bit of a newb, I decided to make her a mean little pureblood, so she got straight into Slytherin. And then I proceeded to make her a bit of a Mary Sue... someone else played her twin brother for me, but that person idled out, and then I decided that she'd had a twin sister who died when the girls were nine years old. I played there for quite a while, now I think about it. My character got into fifth year and became a prefect but then my activity started to drop off.

During this time, I was playing at a couple other boards. One was another Harry Potter board, where my character was a boy this time and a Slytherin again. There were a couple more HP forums that i played at but they died out pretty fast. I also started playing at a Devil May Cry forum, where I had an OC from another story I'd been writing (and still want to write, I like the concept I had). I quite liked it there but it started becoming very inactive. OH YEAH and I also played at a forum my friend had made, before I had any real concept of what RPing is.

After that particular DMC board started getting quite, I decided to make my own: Screaming Souls, which took a little while to set up and wasn't that much more successful but it got a little interest and I like the layout, at least. As it says on the board itself, I didn't have time to maintain it properly.

In... August 2008, I think, Sarah asked if I'd ever roleplayed before, and introduced me to dramadramaduck. I was pretty terrified at first, because it was a new way of rRPing that I'd never heard of or tried before. I first played Liquid Snake with the MGS cast that used to be there and it took me a little while to really integrate into the game, I think, but now it really is like a family to me. The characters I've played there include: Liquid, Agnus, Wesker, Adachi, Alfred Ashford, Delirum, Bartimaeus, Excalibur, Apollo, Aizen, Rude, Matt Engarde... I think that should be it. I like the freedom at DDD. Never really gone in for dressing rooms.

A little while after, I played at silenthell_rpg but, uh... that was a mess. AI played Adachi at mayfield_rpg and Apollo at gargleblasted but I didn't really have the time to keep up with those. ONE DAY, MAYBE I will app at one of them again but for now, DDD is and will be my home for a long time, or so I hope. I don't know when might stop RPing but I hope it will be a long time from now.

GOOD. And yes I was! A while ago now, they ended up not doing much though I've thought about reapping Del once or twice... XD they're not the sort of characters I'm generally known for playing, I guess.

Liquid was good times and Agnus was just. Purely crack most of the time. I'm glad they left an impression! :>
