lmfao MY THOUGHTS EXACTLY though I like the icon I used because I can't make a decent icon of the same scene in RE5.

Which, the one with the shades or the angry anime girl? 'Cos I have a whole mess of angry Wesker icons.

The shades one. And I've always had a special liking for that one.

Ah, gotcha. I seem to recall Sectus getting some good screenshots of that scene, if that's what the trouble you're having is, but damned if I can remember where he put them.

I think I might have them... it's trying to get the lighting and contrast and all the rest of it looking half-decent.

Yeah I know absolutely nothing about that stuff.

But the movie. FFFfffffffffffff. I really, really don't want to see it, but I know that at some point curiosity will break down my resolve, and RAAAAAAAAAAAGE will ensue.

Yeah, same here, it's sort of... trainwreck syndrome. Just can't look away.

For all their bullshit (and the self-insert Mary Sue main character who I can't stand), I've always quite enjoyed the Resident Evil movies.

Or, more accurately, I liked the first and the third ones. Where they sort of did their own thing and didn't give a shit about trying to squeeze in things that didn't belong in their crazy messed up AU. The second movie was worse for their efforts to include Nemesis, and from what I've seen, I'm worried this one is going to be exactly the same way.

...either way I'll end up watching it eventually anyway, but still. D: Why they do this.

Oh man, I'm totally gonna go see it as well (and the 3D might be pretty cool...). But like you say, this one looks like it rips off a lot from RE5 which doesn't fill me with much confidence.

It's either going to be so bad we can laugh at it or just... really bad. That's my current opinion anyway.
