Yup, he is excommunicated. I'm not sure how hush-hush it's supposed to be, but considering you were upset enough to write an LJ entry about him, I think you deserve to know. ;)

By the way, if you see bad stuff that the mods seem to have missed, please let one of us know. There seem to be a lot of cases of that happening lately. :/
